Terms of Use
By using drcurrington.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Education, not medical advice
Everything on the Site is general health education. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation for you, or a substitute for an examination by a qualified clinician. Results from any treatment vary from person to person. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.
2. No patient relationship until you are seen
Reading the Site, sending a form or calling the office does not create a doctor and patient relationship. That begins only when you are evaluated at the clinic.
3. Accuracy and changes
We work to keep information accurate and cite our sources, but research and guidelines change. Services, hours and insurance participation can also change; confirm details with the office before your visit.
4. Content
The Site’s text and design belong to Dr. Mark Currington, D.C. unless noted. Stock photography is used under its license and does not show our patients or staff unless stated. You may read, print and share pages for personal use and link to them.
5. Outside links
The Site links to government agencies, research databases and other resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Dr. Mark Currington, D.C. is not liable for losses arising from use of the Site or reliance on its general content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes about the Site belong in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
