Where does it hurt?

The most common reason people come in. Disc problems and nerve pain down the leg are a particular focus here.
How care works here
Treat the cause, not just the symptom.
- 01
Find it
A real history and a hands-on exam, plus X-rays when they will change the plan. Pain has a source; the first job is to find it.
- 02
Treat it
Care matched to the diagnosis: adjustments, spinal decompression, Chiropractic BioPhysics, soft tissue work or a referral when something else is needed.
- 03
Keep it
Rehab exercise and strengthening so the gains hold. You leave with a home plan and a clear idea of when to come back, and when not to.
Signature care
Two things this clinic is known for

Spinal decompression
A non-surgical option for disc bulges, herniations and sciatica
Dr. Currington uses a Lordex decompression table for low back disc and degenerative problems. Sessions run about 20 to 30 minutes, usually a few times a week for 8 to 12 weeks.
How decompression works
Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP)
Structural care that measures the spine’s curves, then works to restore them
CBP uses X-ray and posture analysis to plan adjustments, spinal traction and targeted exercise. It is Dr. Currington’s special emphasis, especially for posture problems and scoliosis.
What CBP involves
Meet your doctor
Dr. Mark Currington, D.C.
A Lubbock native who studied biology at Texas Tech and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University. He has owned his Dallas practice for more than 20 years.
His special emphasis is Chiropractic BioPhysics: restoring the spine’s natural curves, using objective measurements you can see on X-ray. He is also a strong advocate of spinal decompression for disc problems, and uses dry needling and shockwave therapy alongside adjustments. His philosophy is simple: treat the cause, not just the symptom, and avoid medication and surgery where good conservative care can do the job.

Questions patients ask first
No. Chiropractors in Texas are primary contact providers, so you can book directly. Some insurance plans ask for a referral before they pay for chiropractic or therapy visits, so check your plan, or call the office and we will help you find out before your first visit.
Yes. The practice accepts most major insurance plans and files the claims for you. Coverage for chiropractic, therapy and massage varies a lot from plan to plan, so call before your visit and we will check your specific benefits. Cash, check and major credit cards are also accepted, and payment plans can be discussed.
Expect some paperwork, then a conversation about your history, your symptoms and your goals. Dr. Currington does a physical exam and takes X-rays if they are needed to understand the problem. Then you go over the findings together and agree on a plan: what treatment involves, how often, and when to expect a re-check.
Only when they will change the plan. Many neck and back problems do not need imaging at the start. X-rays make sense after trauma such as a car accident, when red flag symptoms are present, or for structural care like Chiropractic BioPhysics, where measuring the spine’s curves is the point of the exam.
Yes. Alongside chiropractic adjustments and spinal decompression, the clinic offers physical rehab, dry needling, shockwave and laser therapy, and medical massage with a licensed massage therapist. A licensed physician, Dr. Hector Molina, MD, provides medical services such as trigger point injections and prescription weight loss care.
Each session usually runs about 20 to 30 minutes. Most plans involve a few sessions a week for roughly 8 to 12 weeks, because the effect builds over time. Your plan depends on your diagnosis and how you respond, and it is reviewed as you go.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can go to another patient. A fee may be charged for no-shows and late cancellations, and patients who repeatedly miss visits may be discharged from the practice.
The office is at 4228 N. Central Expressway, Suite 104, in Dallas, on the North Central Expressway (US-75) frontage road. Call the office if you need directions or parking details before your first visit.
